Garlic chicken kebabs

Here’s a quick and easy Garlic Chicken Sosatie recipe to try for the braai. Enjoy with a glass of Rib Shack Red.


  • 15 ml crushed garlic
  • 500 g boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 ml ground cumin
  • 65 ml olive oil
  • 3 ml ground coriander
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml natural yoghurt
  • 65 ml Worcestershire sauce


In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients, add chicken strips, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
Soak bamboo skewers in water to prevent them from burning.

Thread chicken strips (in a concertina pattern) on the wooden skewers.
Braai on open fire for 10 minutes, turning once or twice.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
