Dijon and thyme lamb marinade

Rib Shack Red SAAdd a bit of bite to your lamb chops with this stunning marinade. Great for the braai and with a glass of Rib Shack Red.



  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 4 thyme sprigs or 1tbsn dried
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste



This marinade is enough for 12 lamb chops.
Combine all the ingredients and marinate the lamb chops for up to 4 hours.
Wipe off the marinade before braai-ing.
